Easy Reader News released a report about future expansion of Organics recycling in Manhattan Beach. Manahattan Beach instituted a pilot program for organics recycling in 2012 and has been well received by the citizens/ businesses that participated.
The city is now looking to turn the pilot program into a permanent, city-wide program. If successful, Manhattan Beach will be the first city to have a program that addresses the requirements of AB1826 (Learn more about AB 1826 HERE)
