The city of Los Angeles Recycling Development Zone, or RMDZ for short, released a brand new video outlining the wonderful services it provides to those who are interested or involved in the business of recycling.
The RMDZ program was established by the State of California to stimulate recycling based manufacturing businesses and to create jobs. In 2003, the RMDZ borders were expanded to include the entire city of Los Angeles.
